Qualifications :
- Certification and Training: Completion of a recognized training program or certification in massage therapy aesthetics or a related field is essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practicing Spa Therapist preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale spa setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in a variety of massage techniques skincare treatments and holistic therapies that align with the luxury brands standards.
- Guest-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and a proven ability to tailor treatments to individual preferences and needs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with guests understanding their preferences and ensuring their comfort.
