Stock Keeper (MFNB) [OPENING]

You would even be part of the opening team of our Mama Shelter in Zurich.

YOUR MISSION SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT

As the Stock Keeper youll be the backbone of our hotels operations ensuring everything runs smoother than a well-oiled machine. From the Economat to the Wine Cellar from the General Store to the Shop youll oversee it all. If its stored here youre the one making sure its stocked quality-checked and absolutely flawless.

Heres what youll be responsible for:

• Be the Guardian of the Goods: Stand proud at the receiving dock ensuring everything that arrives meets our standards and order specifications (No bad apples allowed!).
• Organize Like a Pro: Whether its the Cellar Economat or General Store youll ensure that all goods and supplies are properly dispatched and each storage area is tidy and ready for action.
• Stock Whisperer: Track stock like a ninja prepare order recommendations in advance to make sure we never run low on anything!
• Accuracy is Key: From purchase orders to delivery notes youll check everything for accuracy ensuring that our stock management system is updated promptly and correctly.
• Quality Control Guru: Keep an eagle eye on all goods to ensure they meet health & safety standards and quality expectations.
• Monthly Inventory Master: Youll be the mastermind of inventory participating to the stock-taking sessions conducting thorough and accurate inventory counts to ensure everything is accounted for.
• Team Player: Youll collaborate closely with the Cost Controller and other team members to ensure budgets are adhered to and stock levels align with demand.

Qualifications :

MADE FOR YOU ONLY IF

• Youve got previous experience in inventory management logistics or store management preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Youre super organized if this job were a Tetris game youd be the champion.
• You have a keen eye for detail you spot every misplaced item every missing stock and every label out of place.
• Youre a team player who knows how to get things done without breaking a sweat (well maybe just a little when lifting those heavy crates of wine).
• Youve got the knowledge to ensure everything is in line with health and safety standards and regulations.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS :

• Youve been part of a hotel opening before and know what it takes to ensure stock is ready and organized during the early stages of launching a new property.
• Youre as fun as you are meticulous balance is key!
