Job Summary
What You Will Be Doing.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of a portfolio of clients ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreements
- Booking appointments and conducting interviews with General Practitioners & specialists
- Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform
- Relationship management between clients and UHG
- Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required
Qualifications :
What You Should Have
- An enrolled nurse with knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners work in clinic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound keyboard skills and technologically savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills namely Outlook Word and Excel
- Ability to negotiate influence and manage conflicts effectively
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
