Job Summary

What You Will Be Doing.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Management of a portfolio of clients ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreements
  • Booking appointments and conducting interviews with General Practitioners & specialists
  • Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform
  • Relationship management between clients and UHG
  • Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required

Qualifications :

What You Should Have

  • An enrolled nurse with knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners work in clinic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound keyboard skills and technologically savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills namely Outlook Word and Excel
  • Ability to negotiate influence and manage conflicts effectively
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
