Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to contribute to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40000 - $50000 annually
- Commission: Competitive commission structure
- Raises: Performance-based
- Bonuses: Potential for additional bonuses

Responsibilities
- Quote and manage new and renewal business for personal lines insurance accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage options.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Advisors Assistant software.
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and product offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in personal lines insurance with a focus on Property & Casualty (P&C).
- Active P&C license is required.
- Proficiency in using Advisors Assistant or similar insurance software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to the role.
