Job Summary
Fields Mercedes Benz of Orange Park is seeing a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm; occasional Saturday availability
Responsibilities
- Calculate the customers bill using the dealerships computer system
- Process payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
- Greeting customers and answering phones
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Assist with balancing of the cash drawer and resolve any discrepancies
- Additional duties include filing data entry and other similar tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate customers interests needs and requests to management
- Attention to detail
- Cash handling experience
- Basic math and computer skills
