Job Summary
Product & Design Development
- Review technical documents from TSS (including pump sizing coupling and driver selection for pump sets).
- Develop product designs specifications and supporting documentation in line with customer and project requirements.
- Create and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate input into the SAP system.
- Prepare and update work instructions for pump set assembly and installation.
- Review and approve technical drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales TSS SCM Manufacturing and other internal departments to support project execution.
- Liaise with customers vendors and KSB Group factories to resolve technical issues and ensure product compliance.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Participate in pump functional and performance testing.
- Conduct inspections to ensure pump package completeness and compliance with specifications.
- Perform field inspections and provide technical support at customer sites when required.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and submit monthly project progress and performance reports.
- Recommend improvements in design cost efficiency and manufacturability.
- Support cost awareness initiatives by ensuring material and design choices are optimized.
- Undertake any other technical tasks as assigned by superiors.
