Key responsibilities

Delivering NHS locally commissioned and private services using both in-store and digital tools

Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance

Monitoring evaluating and continually improving standards of care and safety

Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team

Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.

Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC PSNI PSI)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting

Passion for delivering essential advanced and private services

A collaborative team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

It would be great if you also have

Experience in enhanced services

A strong understanding of local clinical networks

Our fantastic Boots Pharmacy at North Baddesley is the perfect store for a pharmacist to begin their career or for an experienced pharmacist to join a dedicated team at this welcoming and friendly pharmacy.

We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join this dedicated and motivated team.

This position offers an enhanced package a strong base salary a very generous location honorarium paid every year a substantial performance-based annual bonus as well as many other fantastic Boots benefits including our double matched Retirement savings plan and sizeable employee discount!

This store has a relatively new team we are seeking an inspiring pharmacist who can develop their knowledge and experience to grow and prosper with this close-knit team.

The store dispenses around 2500 items per week and has a DSP and DDS service which is great!

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work within service lead store; you will have the support of a team of Pharmacy Technician dispensers and pharmacy advisors as well as a strong retail management support team and a dedicated Area Manager.

This position comes with the opportunity to complete your independent prescribing qualification fully funded by Boots!

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm
