Your Role:

Moderate and review content including videos news and social media profiles.
Score and categorize content by age-appropriateness violence and policy compliance.
Apply and enforce the brands content guidelines across all formats.
Actively participate in wellness programs and training sessions.
Escalate cases needing additional support or performance considerations.
Uphold security and confidentiality standards.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Fluent Slovak (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammar.
Cultural Awareness: A solid understanding of social and political contexts in Slovak-speaking regions.
Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO contact center or content moderation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
