Are you passionate about ensuring online content meets high standards of safety and quality Were seeking a Content Moderator fluent in Slovak and English to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki!

What Youll Do:

Content Review: Assess various digital content including videos news stories and social media profiles for adherence to guidelines.
Consistency & Accuracy: Score content based on age-appropriateness violence and other criteria and apply handling procedures consistently.
Policy Enforcement: Implement content policies and maintain client terms of use with precision and attention to detail.
Participate & Report: Engage in employee assistance programs training and reporting to support the teams well-being and performance.
Handle Sensitive Content: Manage potentially sensitive material with professionalism and empathy including challenging content like hate speech or violence.

What Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Fluent in Slovak (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammar and communication skills.
Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or BPO/contact centers preferred.
Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive content with empathy and professionalism.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of political and social contexts in Slovak-speaking regions.
Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
