About the Role
Are you fluent in Slovenian and English with great attention to detail We are seeking a motivated Content Moderator to join our team onsite in Thessaloniki. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive online experience by moderating user-generated content in a 24/7 project environment. This role involves shift work to ensure continuous platform moderation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review monitor and moderate user-generated content in line with community guidelines.
Identify and escalate inappropriate or sensitive content.
Resolve content issues promptly and maintain a positive user experience.
Follow established moderation processes with high accuracy.
Provide feedback to improve content guidelines and internal policies.

What Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Fluent in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken).
Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic content in a professional manner.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in content moderation or a similar field is a plus but not required.
