As a Customer Service German Speaker you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers. You will be the first point of contact managing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring that each interaction delivers a positive experience.
Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information about products and services

Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed

Qualifications:

Native or fluent German speaker
Very Good English Language

Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)

Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
