Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site)

What Youll Do:

Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking customers in the search engine and digital space.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone email and chat.
Assist with product inquiries technical queries and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain product knowledge and continuously learn about new technological advancements.

What Were Looking For:

Fluent in German (C1/C2) and comfortable with English (B2).
Strong communication skills customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset.
A tech-savvy individual who enjoys solving technical issues and helping customers.
Experience in customer service technical support or a related field is a plus.
