Job Summary

Are you a C1 Swedish speaker with a passion for maintaining a safe and positive online environment Join our team in Thessaloniki Greece as a Content Moderator and help us ensure that our online community remains a welcoming space for all users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and moderate various types of content such as videos images news stories and social media profiles ensuring compliance with platform policies.
Evaluate and score content for age-appropriateness violence levels sexual content and political transparency.
Apply content policies consistently identifying subtle nuances in digital communication to enforce guidelines accurately.
Participate in wellness programs and training to support your well-being and contribute to the positive community of our team.
Escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary to maintain performance standards and meet KPIs.
Adhere to security and confidentiality measures while handling content and user information.

Requirements:
Fluent in Swedish (C1) with strong grammar skills and a good command of English (C1).
Previous experience in content moderation BPO or contact center environments is preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive content which may include explicit or distressing material.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills empathy and excellent communication skills.
Cultural awareness and understanding of political and social situations in Sweden.
Ability to pass a Criminal background check.
