Join our dynamic team as a BPO Recruiter and play a key role in sourcing top multilingual talent from agents to team leaders for leading sales and CX roles!
Key Responsibilities:
Be a brand ambassador ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Lead inclusive high-volume recruitment efforts with a target of 10 hires per month
Collaborate with the marketing team to attract top candidates for multilingual and sales-focused roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding in a hybrid environment (3-4 days in the office)
Stay on top of hiring goals and key metrics to drive recruitment success
Requirements:
Fluency in both Polish and English
Experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment for language-focused roles is a must
Strong interviewing and candidate management skills
Tech-savvy with experience in ATS and CRM systems
