Position: Customer Care Specialist (German)
Location: Remote in Montenegro

Are you ready to elevate your career We are seeking experienced German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a highly-rated BPO company known for its exceptional employee this role you will provide outstanding support to customers of a financial services company from the comfort of your home in Montenegro.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through phone email and live chat support.
- Research and provide accurate responses to customer queries.
- Navigate internal and external resources to ensure top-quality service.
- Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
- Document all customer interactions according to standard procedures and troubleshoot emerging trends in issues.
- Adhere to established protocols KPIs and company policies for consistent service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German both verbal and written.
- Familiar with customer support software including Zendesk and internal troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in customer support and technical support especially with help desks or IT functions.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptable and flexible with a strong knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
