What Youll Do:

Verify invoices against purchase orders contracts and delivery receipts
Accurately enter invoice details in financial or ERP systems
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
Maintain detailed records and manage invoice-related queries with vendors and internal teams

What Were Looking For:

Native/fluent in German (verbal and written)
Based in Montenegro (able to work legally without sponsorship)
Experience in invoicing accounting or bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles
Great organizational and communication skills

Work schedule: Shift rotation Monday to Sunday
