The Team

Deloittes Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage.

Job Description:

Experience : 10-12 Years

Location : Mumbai

Have strong understanding of Indian FS ecosystem with prior experience of working with Indian banks and NBFC in MSME and Corporate Banking domain

Should have experience in managing and driving large engagement across areas such as:

• Business Strategy & Transformation
• Digital transformation
• Customer experience optimization
• Product innovation (retail & corporate lending microfinance fintech collaborations)
• Demonstrated capability to drive projects from inception to completion while managing timely execution and leading team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Work with client stakeholders including CXOs business heads and operations teams.
• Create POVs with latest trends in the market and development in FS ecosystem and technology
• Lead business development initiatives RFPs proposals and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to execute projects assignments etc.
• Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products i.e. Word Excel Power Point Visio etc.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving experience in Change and Transformation environment along with experience in driving adoption of new technologies (e.g. loan origination systems etc.).
• Strong listening problem solving analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English).
• Excellent communication organization prioritization and documentation skills
• Must be a self-starter and a team player with prior experience in working in cross-functional team.
