Position: Team Leader
Location: Dublin Republic of Ireland
Work model: Hybrid 3 days per week at the office

Remuneration: Base salary bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage mentor and motivate a team of business development representatives to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs that align with client expectations
- Maintain an active role in day-to-day operations adapting quickly to client needs and evolving strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of client products and services enabling your team to identify prospects and qualify opportunities effectively
- Enhance team performance by identifying and implementing new systems structures and processes to boost efficiency
- Foster a work environment centered on focus teamwork and exceptional performance
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are met taking responsibility for performance management discipline attendance and evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- 2 years of experience in managing or coaching teams particularly within the tech sector
- Personal experience in developing qualified opportunities through self-generated pipelines
- Demonstrated success in a high-energy environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Clear and thoughtful communicator with outstanding presentation listening and critical thinking skills
- Ability to contribute to the creation of new processes and systems with a proven ability to streamline workflows for increased team efficiency
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to inspire and drive excellence within your team
- Self-reliant adaptable and decisive with the ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Suite and relevant software/hardware
- Familiarity with Salesforce and a comfort level in making data-driven decisions.
