At Kats Recruitment we partner with progressive BPO/outsourcing operations that service the travel and hospitality sector. Our client serves international accommodation partners and needs dynamic Croatian-speaking Support Agents to join their team in Greece.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling incoming contacts from clients and hotel/accommodation partners via phone chat or email.
- Responding (quickly and accurately) to queries about room modifications rates availability key tools/extranet usage and partner needs.
- Using internal systems and processes to provide valid complete and up-to-date information.
- Ensuring a first-class experience for clients and partners; maintaining a positive partner-facing service standard at all times.
- Continuously developing your product/service knowledge to enhance your support capability.
