Provide clear accurate and friendly assistance for booking and stay inquiries

Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and procedures

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
What You Bring

Fluency in Dutch and English

Great communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection

Previous experience in customer service hospitality or retail is an advantage

Currently based in Greece or ready to relocate with support
