Your day-to-day will include:

Responding to incoming calls chats and emails from customers
Conducting research to find accurate timely solutions
Providing expert guidance and reassurance with every interaction
Collaborating with teammates and escalating complex cases when necessary

What You Bring:

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
High school diploma (or equivalent)
6 months of customer service experience travel or hospitality is a plus!
A positive empathetic attitude and great communication skills
Comfort using computers and navigating multiple systems
Residence in Greece
