- Position: Senior Sales Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own gross and net new revenue outcomes for the inbound sales organization in Business Sales
- Drive accountability in day-to-day demand and lead generation proactively managing obstacles to conversion across all lines of business
- Develop KPIs business review models and scorecards for assessing and improving business practices
- Proactively monitor campaign execution and effectiveness improving lead flow and pipeline velocity
- Conduct regular business development review calls with key stakeholders analyzing KPIs and creating actionable recommendations for improvement
- Prepare detailed presentations analysis and materials for QBRs and strategic business reviews
- Cultivate strong relationships with global peers and stakeholders evaluating program effectiveness and sharing best practices for business execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned strategies and optimized lead generation
- Stay updated on market trends and leverage emerging technologies for business opportunities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth sales and marketing preferably in a call center environment (BPO) Essential!
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from data quickly.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Tableau or other leading CRM/Analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Pragmatic and disciplined in prioritizing high-value work.
- Ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Highly motivated self-directed team player.
- Track record of success at a high-growth company.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and key metrics interpretation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital marketing.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
