Your Role:

Moderate and review content such as videos news stories and social media profiles.
Score and categorize content based on age-appropriateness violence and policy compliance.
Apply and enforce the brands content guidelines accurately across all formats.
Actively engage in employee wellness programs and training sessions.
Escalate cases that require further support or impact performance metrics.
Uphold all security and confidentiality protocols.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Fluent English (C1) and Hungarian (C1) with excellent grammar and communication.
Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of social and political contexts for the supported language and region.
Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication skills with a highly empathetic approach.
Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO contact center or content moderation within the last year.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
