About the Client
An award-winning independent psychology and neurodevelopmental practice delivering high-quality assessments for adults and children including autism and ADHD evaluations expert witness reports and health service contracts.
The Role
Lead a multidisciplinary team at a new Huddersfield clinic managing neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD under public health patient choice programs. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising psychologists therapists and support staff
- Overseeing diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2 ADI-R QB)
- Managing clinic operations performance metrics and contract delivery
- Ensuring clinical governance and case management
- Supporting onboarding training and process improvements
Qualifications
- HCPC or NMC registered clinician (Psychologist SLT OT Nurse)
- ADOS-2/ADI-R trained (QB training desirable)
- Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments and team management
- Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
