What Youll Be Doing
- Manage the O2C process: invoicing cash application collections and dispute resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting Finance Customer Support)
