Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German-speaking market

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls email and digital channels

  • Build nurture and manage a pipeline of qualified leads

  • Understand client needs and present tailored high-tech solutions

  • Deliver product information and value propositions to decision-makers

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support commercial strategy

  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Meet and exceed individual performance and sales targets

Requirements

  • Native/fluent German (C1)

  • Fluent English (B2)

  • Strong sales mentality hunter profile with a proactive and results-driven approach

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand customer needs and present value-based solutions

  • Self-motivated energetic and comfortable with outreach activities

  • Previous sales or lead-generation experience is a strong advantage but motivated entry-level profiles are also welcome
