Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German-speaking market

Conduct outbound prospecting via calls email and digital channels

Build nurture and manage a pipeline of qualified leads

Understand client needs and present tailored high-tech solutions

Deliver product information and value propositions to decision-makers

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support commercial strategy

Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records

Meet and exceed individual performance and sales targets
Requirements

Native/fluent German (C1)
-
Fluent English (B2)
-
Strong sales mentality hunter profile with a proactive and results-driven approach
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to understand customer needs and present value-based solutions

Self-motivated energetic and comfortable with outreach activities
-
Previous sales or lead-generation experience is a strong advantage but motivated entry-level profiles are also welcome
