We are currently looking for Technical Support Advisors to join an international team in A Coruña and provide first-class technical assistance for a global technology leader.

If you have a background in IT support or have worked as an IT Technician this opportunity is a great match for you!

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (C2 level or native)
Previous experience or training in IT technologies especially Cloud services or tools such as Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server and Windows (valuable)
Strong problem-solving analytical and critical thinking abilities
Empathetic and professional approach to customer interactions
