Job Summary

Position: Business Development Representative

Location: Barcelona Spain (hybrid role)

Employment type: contract

Renumeration: base salary perfromance bonus.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
  • Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers understand needs and present tailored cloud solutions
  • Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
      • Native/fluen level of Dutch and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
      • Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales ideally within IT or cloud solutions
      • Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
      • Proactive target-driven and comfortable working in a phone-based environment
      • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
