What Youll Be Doing:

Be the first point of contact for new clients and deliver an unforgettable first impression

Build and grow your own portfolio of customers while nurturing long-term relationships

Act as a trusted cloud advisor helping companies unlock the full potential of modern cloud technologies

Partner with internal experts to identify up-sell and cross-sell tailored solutions for small and medium businesses

Gather client insights and share their feedback youll be the Voice of the Customer inside our organization
What You Bring:

Youre fluent in Danish (C2) and comfortable in English
-
You have 1-2 years of experience in sales account management or customer success ideally in the IT or SaaS world
-
Youre tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools (Dynamics 365 Salesforce etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite
