Work Model: On-site

What Youll Do:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email chat and automated alerts addressing user needs efficiently
Record call details in our management system ensuring timely responses and resolutions within agreed SLAs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products especially those tailored to individual customer needs
Escalate potential service issues to senior team members as needed
Adhere to all project processes and procedures ensuring compliance with the contractual SLA
Provide coverage for other agents in their absence and collaborate on specific team projects
Manage administrative responsibilities including records of holidays sickness and overtime
Participate in regular team meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

Native or fluent in Danish both verbal and written
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus; familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred
Competency in IT platforms and applications including Windows MS Office and internet configuration
Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
Capable of taking ownership of calls and resolving issues or escalating them as needed
