Job Title: Social Media Content Moderator (Czech/English) Onsite in Thessaloniki

About the Role
Are you fluent in Czech and English with a passion for social media We are looking for a motivated Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role you will help maintain a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content for a 24/7 project working in shifts to ensure platform safety around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor review and moderate social media content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate sensitive or harmful content.
• Resolve reported content issues efficiently ensuring a safe and enjoyable online community.
• Accurately follow content moderation processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken).
• Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to professionally handle sensitive and graphic content.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or a related role is an advantage but not required.
