We are a leading Outsourcing/BPO company looking to recruit a motivated Sales Representative with fluent Czech language skills for our Lisbon office. If you are passionate about sales and eager to work in a dynamic environment this is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage potential clients by calling leads provided by our client.
Use negotiation skills to close agreements and successfully onboard new clients.
Manage each sales opportunity with persistence and a focus on closing deals.
Adapt and innovate work processes to find the most effective methods for sealing deals.

Qualifications:

Flawless communication skills in Czech (C1) and proficiency in English (B2).
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail understanding that small details can make a big impact.
Proven ability to make decisions independently and work with minimal supervision.
Proactive in using strong sales skills to drive conversions.
Experience in a dynamic customer-focused environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to occasionally work overtime when required.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
