What Youll Do

• Lead and schedule teams of operators and presenters to ensure smooth 24/7 live broadcast operations.
• Monitor staff attendance breaks rotations and shift handovers to maintain optimal staffing levels and performance.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders-team members players and clients.
• Enforce company standards procedures and game policies to ensure compliance and quality output.
• Conduct performance reviews provide coaching and feedback and support professional development of your team.
• Collaborate with production ops and technical teams to analyse performance data identify improvements and implement best practices.

Who You Are

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or shift-management experience in live entertainment gaming or operations.
• Strong communicator in English (C1 level) with ability to operate in a fast-paced live broadcast environment.
• Excellent organisational skills able to manage multiple priorities teams and shifts with precision and resilience.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable working with live-production platforms office applications and shift-tracking tools.
• A proactive leader with strong decision-making skills drive and a collaborative mindset.
