Assist with scheduling updates account changes claim checks and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain organized and detailed records of user interactions to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
Stay informed about healthcare guidelines company policies and service updates to provide reliable assistance.
Collaborate with teammates and share insights to enhance patient satisfaction streamline workflows and improve support processes.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2 level)
Proficiency in English (B2 level)
EU Citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
Strong problem-solving multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
