About the Role:

As a Content Moderator you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and safety of an online platform. Your responsibilities will include reviewing videos images and text-based content to ensure compliance with local policies and community guidelines. This role calls for a keen eye for detail a sense of fairness and a dedication to improving the online experience for users worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze user-generated content (video image text) for quality control and compliance.
  • Enforce platform policies to ensure legal compliance and content safety.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to refine content management strategies.
  • Serve as a user advocate promoting a safe and welcoming online environment.
  • Stay up to date with client policies and ensure all guidelines are followed.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while working efficiently under deadlines.

What You Bring:
  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C2 level) and a strong command of English (B2 level).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A solid understanding of social media trends and pop culture.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic tech skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Resilience when faced with sensitive or graphic content.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
  • Quick learner with an adaptable attitude toward new processes and tools.
