The Role

Staying informed on policy updates for accurate implementation.
Analyzing trends to address potential risks effectively.

What You Bring

Fluency in Serbian and proficiency in English (B2).
Valid work permit for Bulgaria.
Experience in back-office services or similar roles.
A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency accuracy and empathy.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift system.
