Job Summary

At New Story Schools we serve students ages 521 with autism and emotional behavioral and developmental challenges. Guided by individualized learning therapeutic integration and collaboration we empower students to grow and prepare for meaningful adult lives. Join our team and help students write their new story.

As a BCBA Supervisor at New Story Schools youll help students with special needs thrive through data-driven behavioral support compassionate leadership and collaborative teamwork. Youll guide teachers therapists and families in designing and implementing effective behavior interventions that build confidence independence and lasting success for every student.

What Youll Need

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to support multidisciplinary teams

  • Ability to lead train and mentor staff in behavioral best practices

  • Commitment to supporting students with complex learning or behavioral needs

What Youll Do

  • Align behavior intervention plans with IEP goals to ensure consistent individualized support

  • Guide classroom teams in proactive behavior management and crisis intervention strategies

  • Analyze data and documentation to refine behavior plans and improve outcomes

  • Provide staff training and ongoing coaching to strengthen clinical and instructional practices

  • Collaborate with school and clinical leaders to maintain compliance and high-quality programming
