Job Summary
Warehouse Coordinator
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is sufficient for daily operations
- Oversee the picking packing and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Ensure the warehouse is clean organized and safe for all team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Ensure accurate documentation for all shipments including tracking numbers and bills of lading
Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse/logistics role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Offices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team
