Job Summary
A fast-growing civil engineering firm in Southwest Austin is hiring a Civil Engineer EIT and PE for municipal water and wastewater projects. These direct hire positions offer competitive pay excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- EIT: Assist with design plans specifications reports and project documentation for water and wastewater infrastructure including treatment plants pump stations and distribution systems
- PE: Manage project schedules and budgets lead construction administration supervise staff and coordinate with contractors and municipalities
- Apply engineering expertise to design and review water and wastewater systems
Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
- EIT for EIT role; PE license for PE role
- 1 year municipal water/wastewater design for EIT; 5 years for PE
- Proficient in Civil 3D AutoCAD HEC-RAS HEC-HMS WaterCAD ArcGIS or similar
- Strong project management communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Drainage design permitting and work with Municipal Utility Districts in Texas
