We are hiring a BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals and families in Altoona Iowa. This role includes conducting assessments developing behavior plans supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborating with families schools and other providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
- Supervise and guide RBTs ensuring quality intervention delivery.
- Collaborate with families educators and healthcare providers to integrate interventions into daily routines.
- Complete assessments and reports while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree and active BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA functional assessments and behavior intervention.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to supervise and train RBTs effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and accreditation standards.
