Our client a fast-growing B2B marketplace is seeking a Product Manager to lead adoption revenue growth and product strategy for their marketing product. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for scaling the marketing product from 150 locations to 10000 and shaping the roadmap for a rapidly expanding business.
What Youll Do
- Own product success metrics adoption retention engagement and revenue growth
- Regularly engage with customers (primarily non-technical US-based users) to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Define and execute the product roadmap balancing innovation speed and business impact
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ship high-quality features efficiently
- Use data competitive research and customer insights to differentiate the product in the marketplace
- Ruthlessly prioritize features based on customer value usability and willingness to pay
What You Bring
- 4 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS owning end-to-end product development
- Experience working in early-stage startups (Series A-D)
- Background building products for non-technical or operational users (retail restaurants field ops etc.)
- Proven ability to ship and iterate: research requirements launch and refine
- Experience with marketing growth or workflow products
- Ability to prototype quickly (Figma basic SQL API familiarity)
- Thrives in ambiguity and excels at driving outcomes with limited resources
