Job Summary
Starting a trucking career can feel intimidating but here youll never be left to struggle alone. Youll train with a mentor who guides you calmly and patiently. No pressure no yelling no confusion. Every week of training is paid giving you both stability and confidence as you learn.
Pay & Benefits
- 46 weeks of paid on-the-road training with a certified mentor
- $300 orientation pay added to your first solo check
- $0.56 CPM on all miles once training is complete
- Average solo pay around $1300-$1400 per week

- Rider and pet policy available after upgrading to solo
Schedule & Home Time
- 46 weeks of training with your mentor
- Home every 14 days for two full days off once solo
Requirements
- CDL-A from an accredited school with at least 120 hours
- Minimum age 21
- No DUIs within the past 5 years
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the last 3 years
- Must pass both hair and urine drug screens
- Steady employment history with limited gaps
