Now Hiring: Regional Manager

Whitton Recruiting is looking for experienced Regional Managers to oversee 7-8 high-volume restaurant locations in the Mid West markets. These roles are ideal for strategic hands-on leaders who excel at driving performance developing strong management teams and elevating the guest experience across multiple restaurants.

What Youll Do

Lead and support General Managers across 7-8 locations
Drive revenue growth and maintain strong cost controls
Review P&L labor and operational performance; build action plans
Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence
Support marketing initiatives promotions and community partnerships
Strengthen team culture and develop high-performing leaders
Improve guest satisfaction and overall service standards

What Were Looking For

Multi-unit leadership experience (upscale or high-volume dining preferred)
Strong financial and operational management skills
Proven ability to grow sales and improve performance across several locations
Ability to hire train and mentor management teams
Excellent communication and leadership presence
Travel required within assigned region (CA or Midwest)
