Job Summary
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) provides nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include collecting and reporting patient data carrying out clinical orders and performing therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate and population-appropriate manner. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support patient care. Candidates with hospital experienceespecially LTACH or Med Surgare preferred.
Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN

Gather document and report patient data

Execute clinical orders accurately and safely

Perform therapeutic procedures appropriate to patient condition

Adhere to established policies procedures and care standards

Support additional patient care needs as assigned
Qualifications

Experience
Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in emergency or critical care settings

Comfortable working with vents trachs PICC lines

Two years of direct patient care experience
