About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex schedules coordinate board-level meetings and serve as a strategic liaison for senior executives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize executive calendars appointments and communications

Schedule and coordinate administrative and board meetings in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

Prepare agendas distribute meeting materials transcribe minutes and track follow-ups

Act as liaison between executives and medical staff board members donors and internal stakeholders

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications and tasks
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or executive support

Strong background in calendar and meeting management

High school diploma required (must be submitted with application)

Preferred: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE)
