Job Summary
Job Overview:
The Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the 24/7 operations of adolescent psychiatric nursing units. This role ensures high-quality care delivery positive patient outcomes and the development of effective empowered teams. The Nurse Manager fosters a healing environment promotes best practices and supports staff growth while ensuring efficient use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing teams on adolescent psychiatric units ensuring quality care and positive outcomes.
- Develop mentor and support nursing staff in alignment with professional standards and best practices.
- Oversee daily operations and resource management to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Implement policies and procedures that optimize clinical operations and patient experience.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate staff engagement accountability and professional development.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS American Heart Association Certification upon hire
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Nursing or related field

Formal management or administrative coursework/training

National Certification in relevant clinical specialty

Previous leadership experience in psychiatric or adolescent care
