Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our growing team in Littleton. This role is key to ensuring smooth production flow by managing capacity materials and scheduling to meet on-time delivery goals. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing preferably in medical devices and excels at coordinating resources and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop maintain and monitor weekly production schedules and planning metrics
Coordinate machine personnel and material resources to meet delivery commitments
Prioritize and schedule projects based on capacity materials and labor availability
Communicate forecast changes and potential impacts on production and staffing needs
Analyze capacity data and take proactive steps to mitigate or expedite schedule adjustments
Coordinate the release of materials and products in alignment with project timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness and production alignment
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning and scheduling processes
Complete additional assignments as directed by management

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
1 to 3 years of experience in production planning materials coordination supply chain or inventory control
Experience in medical device manufacturing is highly preferred
Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
