We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Production Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Production Operator you will play a critical role in operating assembly and production machinery and managing the flow of products in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with attention to detail and a desire to work in a hands-on team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet daily production targets
  • Replenishing stock on the production line to ensure a continuous workflow
  • Loading and unloading materials often using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Using a PC or production terminal to update inventory records and maintain detailed logs of production activity
  • Labeling products correctly for storage or shipment
  • Following safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with all operational protocols
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve department and company goals
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S principles
  • Identifying and reporting any defects malfunctions or potential hazards to supervisors

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications with an expected hourly wage of $17.00 - $18.50.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a production assembly or similar manufacturing role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills to record production data accurately
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Available hours include 1st 2nd or 3rd shift including overtime as needed
  • Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to follow all workplace safety protocols
