Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in our Med Tele and Medical Surgical units in Sierra Vista Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to adults in Med Tele and Medical Surgical units
- Assess patient conditions and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- An active Arizona Registered Nurse license is required
- Minimum one to two years of experience in acute care or medical-surgical nursing
