Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive
Location: Remote USA
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Sales Executive to join our national remote sales team and lead the acquisition of new enterprise and mid-market this role you will own the full sales cycle develop strong customer relationships and deliver staffing solutions using our innovative service model including MSP/Direct Hire/Contingent staffing. Your mission: new client acquisition market share growth and revenue acceleration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities across the U.S. including enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market organizations

  • Manage complex sales cycles engage multiple decision makers and close large deals

  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transition from sale to execution

  • Maintain and grow relationships with prospects and customers ensuring client satisfaction and retention

  • Attend industry conferences and events (23 times per year) to build networks and drive business growth

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of proven sales success in professional staffing services (IT Finance & Accounting Engineering) with mid-market and enterprise clients

  • Demonstrated experience selling MSP RPO VMS or related staffing models (not light industrial or healthcare staffing)

  • Strong network and relationships in talent acquisition procurement or MSP environments

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Techsavvy: comfortable with Zoom CRM (Dynamics preferred) MS Office Suite

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (remote role)
